How will this System Work

 

 

 STEP : 1
PLEASE READ the  Mission Safer India ( Statement & The Appeal) before proceeding further.
   
STEP : 2
After carefully going through the Mission Statement  and Appeal go to ' complainant  login '  .
   
STEP : 3
After Submitting your login details record your  Complaint truthfully.
   
STEP : 4
Please take a print out of your complaint for follow up with the authorities.
   
                                                                                                   
Operating Procedure &  Duties of Web Master :
 
STEP : 1

The webmaster will forward your complaint electronically to the concerned State Police Headquarters for action as they may deem fit and proper in the fact and circumstances of the complaint. This process ensures that your complaint reaches the Police Headquarters without your being personally present there.

   
STEP : 2

The webmaster while  transmitting your mail to the concerned Police Headquarter will endorse a copy through e-mail to you, the sender, for record .

 

STEP : 3

You, the complainant must take a print out of e-mail which is transmitted  by web-master to the department on your behalf.

 

STEP : 4

Thereafter with this print out/e-mail  of  your  complaint forwarded by webmaster you may approach to the concerned  Police Headquarters to enquire about  the status  of your complaint.

   
STEP : 5

Through this process the Webmaster has enabled  by e-mail /electronically for your complaint to  reach the respective Police Headquarters. You are now to persevere  with the  Police Headquarters to get due redressal.

STEP : 1
Mission Safer India is dealing with the complaint strictly on E-based Complaint Forwarding System. 
   
STEP : 2
No hard copies as well electronic data base will be  maintained & provided by web master.
   
STEP : 3
The webmaster is not liable /responsible for any web tracking i.e ( domain failure either with the State Police Headquarter or with the complainant ).
   
STEP : 4
Webmaster will not entertain any request for copies of complaints or participate in offering evidence (Hard ,Electronic or personal).
   
STEP : 5
The webmaster will  not forward the complaint if it appears prima-facie that  the complainant wants to settle his/her personal scores by taking benefit of our website. If the contents of the complaint are defamatory,  libelous, abusive, threatening, vulgar, obscene or otherwise contains objectionable material or any other, and or incomplete personal details .
 
The complaint must also not transmit any material that constitutes a criminal offence and gives rise to civil liability, or otherwise violates any applicable law or regulation. 
   
STEP : 6
The webmaster will strictly abide by the spirit of the Mission Safer India and act according to the rules / laws / regulations framed for the purpose.
   
STEP : 7

 If any person misuses or takes undue advantage or benefit of this web service, strict legal action can be taken against him / her as per law of the land.

Web-master shall not be responsible if the authorities do  not take any appropriate action. Web-master   only provides an assistance in transmitting the complaint of the complainant to the concerned Head of the Department. It is the discretion of that  particular department to take action or not on the complaint received from  Mission Safer India.
